This notice explains how Korvena Technologies Limited (“Korvena”, “we”) handles personal data collected through this website. It does not cover data we process on behalf of customer institutions inside our products, which is governed by the agreements we sign with those institutions.

Data we collect

• Enquiry data: name, work email, organisation, role and the content of your message, when you submit our contact form or email us.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) kept for security and troubleshooting.
• Cookies: essential cookies only by default. Optional analytics cookies are set only if you accept them via the cookie banner.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and, where you request it, arrange a product demonstration.
• To operate, secure and improve this website.
• To meet legal obligations that apply to us.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Legal basis and retention

We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to manage the relationship and then deleted. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes.

Sharing

Personal data is shared only with service providers who host or support this website under appropriate agreements, and where required by law. It is not otherwise disclosed.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 you have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction and objection. To exercise them, contact hello@korvenatech.com. You also have the right to complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
